This item is definitely on the list of my top 10 purchases of the last decade (2010-2020).
I bought my first Amazon Kindle (PaperWhite version) about 8 years ago. Since then I’ve been using it almost daily and it still works.
This small device can store more books than you’ll ever read in your lifetime.
It’s incredibly handy. Just think about this:
You can take your entire library wherever you go.
How I use it
Amazon Kindle battery is great. But you can make it even better by turning the WiFi off because it drains your battery by constantly syncing with the cloud library. This way it will last weeks if you’re a prolific reader.
I usually upload books in bulk directly from my laptop. It will keep me busy for at least 2-3 months and then I’ll repeat the process.
I haven’t tried other e-readers because I’m very happy with this device.
Have you got one? Have you tried other electronic readers?
Streaming services I use
Here’s a list of movie streaming services that I use: Netflix, Kodi, and a custom-built home entertainment system. I will talk about them in-depth in a separate article here’s just a brief review.
Netflix – doesn’t need an introduction.
Kodi – a platform that connects multiple streaming platforms. There’s a list of Kodi apps and add-ons to choose from.
Let me know in the comments below.
